About Direct Import Europe

Our role

Between a brand's manufacturers in Asia and the European shelf there is a chain of responsibilities: import, customs, conformity, labelling, storage, order handling, invoicing and after-sales. Direct Import Europe carries that chain for the Todeco brand, so that Amazon and our reseller partners deal with one European counterpart who owns the goods and answers for them.

Where we operate

Our registered office and operations are in Valenciennes, at the crossroads of France, Belgium and the main European freight corridors. Stock is held in France and dispatched across Europe.

How we work

We prefer a small number of long-term relationships to a large number of one-off transactions. Our partners get clear availability, reliable documentation, consistent product data and a direct line to the people who handle their orders.

Brands

We concentrate on the Todeco brand, whose ranges we know in depth. Todeco is a registered trademark of Neoste; the brand's own consumer website is operated by its licensed retail partner.
